Katherine Campbell

Since 2016, Kate Campbell has been a leading Realtor in Northeast OH and has a deep local knowledge that comes from someone who is passionate about showcasing the area.

After graduating from Mapleton Local Schools in Ashland County, Kate attended Ohio University in Athens and began her first career teaching students with autism. Always having an eye for interior design, Kate discovered her passion for real estate after purchasing and renovating her first home. Now, a resident of Oberlin OH, Kate is excited to showcase the area she has fallen in love with.

Kate’s success comes not only from her passion for homes but also from her intuition for the psychology of buying and selling. Known for her extensive market knowledge and devotion to clients, Kate’s success is based almost exclusively on referrals. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and always offering honest, transparent and candid advice.

When not selling real estate, Kate can be found chasing her two young children and dog. She is an avid runner and a court-appointed special advocate/ guardian ad litem (CASA/GAL) through the Voices of Children program of Lorain County.
